Gingerbread Houses

Ashton and I made a deal. If I went to Cabela's with him, he would go to the Gingerbread House Festival with me. For some reason, I think it's absolutely fascinating that people can make these things completely out of food. I love watching the challenges they have on the Food Network when they make the gingerbread sculptures or the incredible cakes.
This gingerbread creation had places and famous buildings from all over the world. It's kind of hard to see, but in the center is the Statue of Liberty.

This one was really cool. It was an underwater scene. There were tons of seashells, and two big sea monsters. It was so detailed, and so fun to look at. I really enjoyed myself. I can't really say the same for Ashton, but he was a good sport.

I would totally go to the Gingerbread House show with you. Hannah would love it! We had such a fun time having you guys over...we need to get together more often.

P.S. I'm totally impressed by your sewing and bread making abilities. You need to come over and teach me.
